I first got a panic attack when I was in my junior year of high school. I had it and thought nothing of it after, but i soon started having more here and there. I went to my normal physician and she referred me over to a phsychiatrist [psychiatrist], that she knew personally. i feel for you as far as the panic attacks i have a 5 year old daughter and last year really paid attention to my anxiety /panic i am just going thru therapy nO MEDS AT ALL IT ACTUALLY MADE IT WORSE FOR ME i think PRAYING ,YOGA,EXERCISE AND TALKING OUT YOUR SITUATIONS HELP MORE THEN JUST SWALLOWING A PILL I WAS AFRAID TO BECOME PREG B/C OF THE HORMONAL CHANGES EVEN BEFORE MY PERIOS I AM MORE ANXIOUS IT IS ALL CHEMISTRY BUT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER ITS ALL IN YOUR MINDREMEBER YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR MIND YOUR MIND DOES NOT CONTROL YOU BUT IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE TO CONTINUE WITH THE MEDS BUT TRY NOT TO DEPEND ON THEM LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR PHOBIAS AND FEARS TRUST IN THE LORD !I PRAY FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY CONGRATS TOO!
